Ewa Palenga-Möllenbeck discussed the 'Future of Cross-border Live-In Care Services' at the 7th European Labour Mobility Congress in Cracow, together with selected experts with diverse backgrounds and interests, such as Kamil Matuszczyk from the University of Warsaw, Adam Rogalewski from the European Public Service Unions (EPSU), Tomasz Piłat from the Polish Home Care Association (PSOD), Ada Zaorska from the Care company EGIDA, Marzena Brinkmann from the Brinkmann care intermediary agency and Rusłana Poberezhnyk from the National Trade Union Workers’ Initiative. The European Labour Mobility Congress is the largest cyclical, non-commercial event in Europe dedicated to the topics of posting of workers and freedom to provide services and worker mobility. The event is traditionally held in Krakow, Poland and is attended by more than 350 people. It is organized by the European Labour Mobility Institute (formerly the Labour Mobility Initiative), a Krakow-based non-government think tank that supports its members in solving legal problems related to the posting of workers, including the coordination of social security systems and labour law.
