German podcast "When care workers from Eastern Europe help out in Germany"

People in need of care in Germany are often cared for at home by people from Eastern Europe - mostly women. What does this mean for these employees from Poland, Romania and other countries, and how does their absence affect the care situation in their home countries? The German public radio station “Deutschlandfunk” interviewed some members of the Romanian, Ukrainian and German CareOrg team to answer these questions.
